This is the second post of a series about the values we live by at SISU.

As a company, as a team, and as individuals, we profoundly care about our clients’ success. We care about their businesses, their problems, and their people. This means we strive to see things from their point of view and we work to make things easy for them.

We care

Because we care, we don’t do things halfway. We are committed to our work.

Because we care, we do high-quality work, we deliver value constantly and we don’t disappoint.

As a company, to stand by these values, sometimes we need to make trade-offs.

Our success, our team, and our impact matter so much to us that we carefully choose to work with the clients and projects that we find interesting and meaningful. We reject “growing at all costs.”

This means that we know when to say no to projects to which we can’t add value, despite it appearing to be good for business.

Saying no to work can be hard, but caring for our clients also means pointing them in the right direction when we are not the best fit for their needs. We believe in the long run, our company is better off this way.
