As a team, we cultivate and promote a positive, collaborative work environment. SISU is a place of respect, inclusion, and friendship.
As a team, everyone unpretentiously takes pride in our successes and contributes enthusiastically.
As a team, we support each other. When things go great, success is shared, when things might not be going well, we lighten the burden of others and assist where we can.
We expect the best from each member of our team and always start by assuming the best from our colleagues.
We achieve things together, as a team. With empathy, respect, kindness, and professionalism.
